The Metametrix Institute website is a forum for exchange of information and ideas about health and healing. Since the Institute is an outgrowth of the educational functions of Metametrix Clinical Laboratory, the focus initially is on the use and interpretation of testing for metabolic disorders. Such tests can involve measuring large profiles of metabolic intermediates that may be unfamiliar to many clinicians. This site will guide users to better understanding of the science and clinical applications of such testing profiles.
