Amino acids are in a constant state of dynamic flux in the body, acting as the building blocks of muscle, connective tissue, antibodies, neurotransmitters and more. As Dr. Bralley shows in his clinical example, they can be very helpful to support people who have unexplained fatigue most probably by supporting the Kreb's cycle and/or neurotransmitter synthesis.
